Hulk, the time zone option in the profiles is incorrect. There is a time zone -04:00 GMT for Atlantic Canada and there is a separate time zone -0:400 GMT for Caracas and La Paz. The difference being - the time zone for Caracas does not use daylight savings. So even though I have the "correct" time zone selected, all the times on my posts are off by an hour. Can you look into this? If the problem isn't clear, contact me on icq.
