For many of you that have ready my earlier posts, know that I am debating on what EXACTLY to run for my cycle. It started like this:

Weeks 1-8: Test Depot 250mg/week
Weeks 1-8: Primo Depot 100mg/week
Weeks 1-8: Nolvadex 20mg every day.
2 weeks post cycle, clomid at 300mg for day 1, 100mg for 10 days, and 50 mg for 10 days.

After this, I talked with a few people who though I should drop the primo and replace it with the test doubled, at 500mg weekly. It would then look like this:

Weeks 1-8: Test Depot 500mg/weekly
Weeks 1-8: Nolvadex 10mg every day.

2 weeks post cycle, clomid at 300mg first day, 100mg for 10 days, and 50 mg for 10 days.

Basically I jsut replaced the primo with doubled test, and lowered the nolva to 10mg daily.

Now, this cycle seemed to be preferred by alot of people on this board, but my source is saying that since this is my FIRST CYCLE, that I should not run that much test, because it will screw up my test levels.

Keeping this info in mind, whether it is true or not is why I am asking you, which cycle should I run. This first one or the second one. Also keep in mind that this is my first cycle.

I posted my stats previously I believe, but in case anyone needs them here they are again:

Daily caloric intake: 4000 calories, approx.
Protein daily: 250 g approx.
weight: 135
height: 5'8''
bodyfat: About 5.5% 3 months ago, probably has gone up since I am on a bulking cycle.

250mg's a week will shutdown your normal test production anyway so 500mg's is no different in regards to endogenous testosterone production.

Up your protein intake to over 300 grams a day and shoot for closer to 400 grams during your cycle. Also make sure your eating every 2 hours, not just eating large meals.

Your bodyweight seems extremely low for your height, especially given your caloric intake, have you been checked for hyperthyroidism?

Thanks ST, as for my weight/height...I know it SEEMS like little, but..I have a pretty nice build. I don't know why my weight is so low, but I have now problems as you stated. I am not HUGE, but I do have good qaulity muscle..no problems at all. I wish I could post a picture to show you how I look, then you could see. So, you suggest sticking with the 500mg weekly? Anyways, thanks for your help.

put some dbol in there too...test and dbol work well together

What dosages and how long do you think i should run the dbol..first 3 or 4 weeks?

run dbol for bout.5-6wk at 25-30mg per day....it will give u alot of quality muscle...alot of the weight gain will be water...but when combined with test it also gives u alot of quality muscle

Um... I think that what he's tryin to say is: Can you have muscle that isn't 'quality?'

Muscle is muscle. That's all there is to it.

k...muscle is muscle...i get the point...what i was tryin to say is that it will give u some additional LBM when combined with test...
