what kind of FIBER am i supposed to consume on a CKD diet???

Green vegetables are a good idea.
Certain fruits can be consumed too, providing you stay within your carb constraints. But that's just to stay in keto-land. It's not gonna prevent you burning fat.
Another suggestion...Metrx makes a product called glycemet, it has 11g of carbs...9 of which being dietary fiber and it also has 100mg of ala...this stuff is relatively cheap.

i used physillium husks for my fiber - no carbs, no cals
can be found in stores as a laxative- bulk powder or tabs. powder is usually loaded with sugar though.
you can order fiber from a supplement supplier.
