I eat a Zingatower meal everyday! I love it, I am completely addicted. Now that would not be bad for me, would it?
I am bulking away, but even when im cutting, I would find it hard to cut down on KFC :d

Btw, how many cal, fat, protein, carbs does a full KFC meal have .

it depends what you get...the nutritional information of all the foods are in booklets on the counter

Check the website.

My guess would be that its pretty bad.

I didn't think of checking the web site. Just checked it. It's not that bad after all. Ill continue to pig out on it.

Besides every food I can find, always has about 15-20g of fat in it.
I think my daily fat intake is around 100g..

Umm, actually on 2nd thoughts its not too healthy!

40g of fat(but only 8 is saturated, meaning 32 is good fat?)
405mg of cholesterol! Great, so I am going to be a case of heart disease at some point?

If I have 405mg of cholestrol from the KFC alone; combine that with 200mg from eggs. I am probably have a 1000 a day? That can't be good, can it?

the problem with the cholesterol is that it's LDL not HDL...

remember bulking is not a ticket to eat crappy foods on a regular basis... bulk or not fast food on a regular basis is a no no

If you don't have the discipline to give up fast food, then you probably not going to get to far lifting. I am sure once in awhile wouldn't hurt. I eat it about 3 times a year but sure once weak wouldn't kill ya, just going have to burn it off.

As it's been pointed out - KFC is fried and processed fats are a killer! Fats and oils in their natural state from plants and nuts/seeds are the way to go.

Makes you wonder how these guys are going to look at age 50 once they stop taking all the suppliments and stop training like they do. The dark side and such extreme dieting has to screw up the natural metabolism and just about everything else. That is if they even live past 50....

How much muscle do they net anyway? I mean do they gain 100lbs and then lose 95? Couldnt they just gain those 5 pounds of muscle slowly and not baloon up?

LAM

I think for most it's a good year if they gain 5 lbs in LBM after it's all said and done come contest time

Lee Priest is a god, he has some real guts (and decent genetics) to get that big and then cut in such a short time. Steroids play a part but they are overated imo. Genetics are the daddy.

In responce to the original post, just eat the zinger once or twice a week at most, or even better get rid of it completely. Try and make a modified one. i.e. Grilled Chicken Breast, Wholewheat bun , reduced cal mayo etc... just a suggestion.

KFC used to have rotisserie chicken, but the discontinued since sales were low. It was great for me - pull off skin of chicken breast and get a piece of corn for a side. Btw, I am not following the bulking or cutting.
