Just wondering, would it be any different to site inject into both the major and minor part of the chest or chest injection is chest injection regardless of where you inject in it ?

I think that it would be terribly difficult to hit the pec minor... you're aiming for such a small section of muscle. On top of that... it'd hurt like hell, again, because it is so small. I wouldn't 'mess with it.

And it wasn't with gear, I believe it was with Synthol.

I guess It can't be good either if you inject gear in a vein, right ?

The vein will likely explode before it kill gets very far.
