i wouldn't be too concerned with sodium unless :
1) you were directed by a physician to monitor your intake or
2) you are preparing for a bb show (even then there is some room)
as long as you aren't adding salt to everything you eat, don't stress about the little things

Salt will play in very little with weight loss & gain (with the exeption of water weight). There's no big reason to be concerned with it unless for general health reasons.

From what I heard people are to concerned about salt. Unless you have high blood pressure or some other medical condition. I don't use alot of it, more in the summer! I am not afraid of it either. I am not advising to dump it on either.

if u suddenly cut a large amount of sodium from your diet that youve been consuming for a while, your body will relise its missing and start to create it's own equivalent, so it kinda isnt worth cutin out the sodium from ya diet unless your competing
Just keep your daily intake constant. Water gains and losses only result from dramatic up and down swings in sodium intake.
