You'll need:
1 can tuna
english muffin or bread
cheese
Mayo

I mix the can of tuna with a little low fat mayo. I put half of the spread on each half of the english muffin and put a layer of shredded cheddar on top. Throw these under the broiler for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and the muffin is a little toasted on top where exposed.

This is MMMMMM good and an easy way to get a can of tuna down while adding some additional calories for bulking. Another fast and easy recepie that might be bland for some, but it's my kind of a snack.

I do the same thing without mayo and with whole grain bread...easy and yummy! One of my favorite old standby's :)

Without the mayo makes it too dry for me. Also, the english muffins I use are called "health nut" and are whole grain with nuts in it.

If you're bulking, why are you eating tuna?

:D

I tried this tonight with tuna sweet bay rays hotnspciy and louisana hot sauce and some cheese. Good. Its been 7 years since I ate tuna out of the can. I am still recovering. Though the women love me, I have a poor sense of smell.

I've been eating this for years. I like it sprinkled with a bit of dried oregano. Mmmmm good.
