You'll need:
1 can tuna
english muffin or bread
cheese
Mayo
I mix the can of tuna with a little low fat mayo. I put half of the spread on each half of the english muffin and put a layer of shredded cheddar on top. Throw these under the broiler for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and the muffin is a little toasted on top where exposed.
This is MMMMMM good and an easy way to get a can of tuna down while adding some additional calories for bulking. Another fast and easy recepie that might be bland for some, but it's my kind of a snack.
