Hello everyone!!!!!:)
I'm new to the board and I was wondering if someone could tell me where I could find information on foods and the amount of calories in different types of foods. I've just begun my first ever bulking stage and I was looking to vary my diet somewhat and I'm not sure what I could do to change it up.

This is my diet.
Meal 1
3 eggs with cheese
wheat toast
meat
milk
Meal 2
cottage cheese
fruit
milk
Meal 3
tuna on wheat
salad
cottage cheese
milk
Meal 4
2 eggs h/b
milk
Meal 5
chicken breast
baked potatoe
veggies
salad
milk
Meal 6
cottage cheese
fruit
milk

Here is another link to help you track your calories. Setting up an account at fitday is a good idea as well.
