Can someone list the top ten foods for bodybuilding in order.
eg. Top foods for protein and positive fats and energy.

Here are 10 foods that I eat pretty much everyday (no particular order):
eggs
oats
chicken
lean beef
natty pb
brown rice
fish oil
veggies
tuna
fish(salmon, tilapia, cod, etc)
I don't know if these are the best but I have found they work well for me.

Whaaaa....FISH OIL????????
We used that stuff to squirt people with on our year 12 mockup day this year....smells worse than my ****, do you drink it straight from the bottle or with somthing else? Not being mean or anythin.
Thanx for the reply, thats a nice list, i already eat those foods except the fish oil, i was just wondering if there is anything better than the foods i eat right now.
Im goin to buy some fish liver and see how that goes, never tried it before.

I take it in 1 gram caps. Usually take around 10 a day.
cottage cheese
venison
turkey
fruit
sweet potatoes
broccoli

Cottage Cheese, Oats, Berries, Chicken, Turkey, Sweet 'Taters, Brown Rice, Tuna, Natural PB, Eggs/Whites, and Flax Seed Oil.

Add in shrimps and scallops to the top 10. They are little bundles of protein.
