If you always keep your carb intake low, then periodically carb load, will it make you become diabetic? Just wondering.

Also, if I'm strict with my diet all day, but then at night I eat a bowl of granola cereal, am I ****ing everything up?

1. No.

2. Depends how your calories were for that day. If you stay within your calorie limits, you'll be fine, although your weight may not say you've lost any since the carbs would put some glycogen into your muscles and liver. However, this doesn't mean you're not losing fat, or that you've put fat on.
