Anyone got any good ideas for HIGH CALORIE shakes or drinks or something of the sort? Not too concerned with adding fat, just trying to cover my calorie quota..Maybe squeeze in a few extra calories here and there..

Do a search. I seem to remember quite a few shake recipes posted somewhere.

There were one or two on this thread that looked like they packed a few calories.

Making your own "Weight Gainer" is not hard science. To add more protein to your shakes, add an extra scoop of that whey protein. For your carb needs just add dextrose, or a banana or even honey. simple enough.

super high cal shakes only help to increase mass around the waistline

Yeah, they're mostly sugar and ****.

RIght now, and I hate to do it(I dont even drink it every day), I am using Proteinfactory's mass formula. Its got 400 something calories per cup. I make it with two cups of 1% milk and add a tablespoon of pb, it comes out to almost 800 calories, 34 grams of fat, 50 carbs, 70 protein.

sensible bulking is the best policy, unless your a odd case whereupon you need obsence calories to put on small amounts of weight, ive only ever met one person like this and boy could he eat some stuff!

increasing your EFA intake is an easy way to increase cals. remember a high EFA intake will keep test production high and high test production means more serum test. more serum test means lower serum cortisol.
