What part of the squirel is good? just the hind legs? Is there much meat on the body? I been thinking about shooting a couple and trying. I hear there a pain to skin.

Possum would have alot more meat. Only need 1. Seriously squirels are small game. I shot a couple possoms around the house, They wouldn't leave. I don't get much company. Didn't eat them though. I think there covered under fur bearers. I am sure you could. Southern thing? I had some bear tonight, tasted just like raost beef. Usually just eat it as sausage.

She's been hanging around me too much, I think.

At any rate, I've had squirrel but never tried possum. I'd be too scared too.....like eating rat.

The only game I like is either bird or deer.
