Just joined the forums....wanted to say hi
About me - starting lifting in highschool. Hold the HS's record for bench at 360lbs (back in '97).
Quit lifting hard for a long time due to a football injury. Started up recently taking supplements. Now I'm back to my HS shape...perhaps a little stronger and leaner.

I'm currently lifting 4 days a week, hitting each part only 1 time. I do cardio another 2 days.

Yes, you got me:mad: . I hate to just come out and call it. I would prefer the member would just admit it. Alas, that doesn't seem to happen too often, even on this site. I think if people were open about their use, it would allow the junior members to make better judgements about their own progress and training.

For the record, I obviously don't know him and can't say for sure if he does take them, I just have a very strong suspicion based upon a lot of experience.

chris mason: Currently taking protein and creatine. When I said I started recently taking suppliments, I started back in August, and have been working pretty hard. I'm not sure what you are hinting on there....but trust me, just protein and creatine.

You have a whole day just for biceps? Personally I would add bi's to mon or thurs, but that's just me. You're bigger than me, so you must be doing something right.

For those interested, here is my current eating schedule:
7:30 - Bowl of cereal (usually raisen bran)
10:00 - Protein shake
12:00 - lunch (usually a sandwhich or leftovers)
3:00 - Can of tuna
7:00 (post workout) protein shake
8:00 - dinner (whatever I cook)
10:00 - I love a small bowl of icecream (having trouble quiting this)

HAHA, I use that handle on several other forums, and Yes, that does occure sometimes. Thats why I went from TheSchick to TheSCHICK...it has helped some. The only reason I threw in 'the' infront is because Schick.com was taken.
eclips1: Yep, played football all through highschool, and only my Freshman year on college. At the end of that season, I tore my AC joint pretty bad. It still gives me trouble once and awhile.

Great physique. I don't personally think you are on gear if you say you aren't. Obviously you have had to work hard to get to where you are, but I think it can be achieved without the use of anabolics.
