While I'm cutting what should be the primary sources for carbs also what should the ratio be for carbs,protein and fat while cutting?

Primarily low GI carbs...i.e. brown rice, whole wheat, etc.

Ratios aren't that important, just help you get the diet sorted out. I generally use a 40/30/30 p/c/f split.

In the end, it all just comes down to cals in vs. cals out. Burn more cals than you take in.

I agree with Shao-lin. Just make shure you get enough protein and at least 30% of calories from fat on your diet for optimum hormonal profile. Less fat than that and your testosterone levels go down, which means you'll lose more muscle.
