Here's some back pictures that I took today. I have some from way back before I started lifting again, but they're much further away, and really aren't comparable to one another. But, here is where I stand thus far. I tried taking leg pics, but that's way too hard by myself. No arm pics because ummm, well they need work, and same thing with abs. I swear to God, after this weekend is over, come monday things are gonna be cracking down.

Thanks guys. :) I had some pics I was going to scan yesterday but um, the scanner was smarter than I was lol. So that'll have to wait until next week when someone can do it for me.

Absolutely fantastic! I mean seriously that is really fantastic ! your delts are filling out nicely and legs have some nice seperation of the quads

The pictures your posting are .bmp files (bitmap). That's all he meant. Good work, and they're right, you do have very solid legs.

Look good. Try and save the pictures as .jpg (JPEG) files. It works better with the forum.
