I wanted to go 140 in wrestling this year, but I went from 149 to 159 3 months (wasn't bulking) and I don't feel like cutting 20 pounds of weight because I am bones. And im right under 6 foot right now, 6 foot people should be like 180 at least, and I was going for 140. My new goal is to either wrestle 152 or 160. After wrestling season I am going on a bulk for a very long time. I just got picture devoloped of my back flexed, im gonna take the negatives back so I can get them on a disk and put them up here so I can see my progress.

dude 150 at 6 feet? Now given you'll have reach on the shorter kids, but they're gonna have a lower center of gravity, they ain't gonna tool on ya?

A short, stocky heavyweight is a cool thing, but at his weight i'd take reach over center of gravity and compactness any day. ankle picks 0wn joo!

November 27th, 2002- Leg and Back day
Lowest I have ever been on squats, first time I every squated 165x5 and 175 for anything. After the lunges my legs were fried. I was squatting a little uneven to the right in the beginning. I went real light on the shrugs becuase my neck is killing me because I landed it on it after making a catch in flag football.
Below parallel squat(112)- 135x5, 155x5(below parallel), 165x5(almost ATF), 175x5(almost ATF)
wreslters lunges/supersetted with last set of squats- bwx25
chins(111): lat bar pullups- bwx4, closegrip chinups-bwx5, shouldergrip pullups- bwx4
bent over bb rows(111)- 45x5, 75x8
db shrugs(111)- 30dbx10

Way to go on the squats:thumbup:.
Yeah, I do my lunges after squats.....just to finish them off (my legs that is).....I can barely walk now:eek:
