Hello just an intro 2 my self i'm Dean 22yoa gezza from London ENGLAND. bin training on and off 4 a year now starting 2 really get in 2 it.dont ask me what i lift in lbs as i only understand kg. i am a very strict traininer but not so strict with my diet. but not at all fat just having trouble putting on weight. i train alone as not got many friends down here as ive only lived here a short while. not that im a boring git heaven forbid.

flat bench -90/95 (depending on how tiard i am)
bi curl -40
sholder press -45/50

want 2 know how 2 enter training journal.

i've not bin in da gym since i posted this thread due 2 a combanation of bad back and moving house but now i'm back and gonna ease my self back in 2 day. as its my 1st workout 4 over 6 weeks i'm just gonna casuly re-aquante myself real light as not 2 cause 2 much soreness and stop wensdays w/o. i'm gonna do a day on, day off. 1 basic exercise per body part for as long as i think i need 2. i'm in no great rush 2 start advance training as i strongly belive in biuilding da basic foundations b4 all da fancy 'shook' stuff comes in 2 play. i'll keep u all posted on how my progress goes and as soon as i learn how 2 i'll post some pics so u can c b4 and after effects. thank u 4 taking da time 2 read my babble.
