alright this is my second journal, my first one was during a wierd time, since ive bulked up and put on some size. now im ready to shred it off reasonalbly, this is, as everyone else journal is, a form of motivation. So let's do this already. comment or whatever, suggestions welcome.
Stats: 200lb 22yr old, 6ft tall
Starting Saturday im going to do cycle my carbs:
Friday: November 29
Well today the gym is closed so im not workin out, but its cool because im hecka sore from snowboarding yesterday, damn its like ive been squatting all week or something. but check this out, im fat, and ive never been fat before, and its grossin me out, so i need to drop some weight, also i dont fit in to my pants, and had to buy pants with a 34 waist. By fat im talking fat in bodybuilding terms, not fat in lazy **** who never worked out in there life terms, with bed sores and what not...no im just a little chubby, for lack of a better word.
I WOKE UP @ 4PM HELL YEAH! i love not having school.
Diet
4:00
1 cup oatmeal
1 serving whey
celery? woah dunno but it was in the fridge
8:00 -***** im not on track today with the meal timing:

1 chicken breast
1 large salad
1 tbsp flax
2:00am
1 can tuna
brocilli
ok food intake was all messed up, too much sleep -it will be better tomorrow.
