Heres a few taken today..cold. Im not real impressed as i look chunkier than before but i guess that means the bulking is working. I actually gained size in my thighs(up to 25.5"")and biceps(up to 17")

nice progress beefcake, keep it up man your arms are a strongpoint but i wouldn't say you had a weakpoint, maybe legs if i was pushed for an answer.

good on ya, go for you can tell that you have potential for good quality growth, its just making full use of it, your arms are a symbol of this.

You look very thick and your abs still show nicely.

How come you use smith machines for you maxes in squats and bench? Just curious.
