I am a bad, bad man. I don't know if the 345 counted as a true box squat, I dont think I stayed on the box long enough, I barely paused any. None the less, it was slow, strong and smooth as silk.
These sucked. I think the squats took everything I had.
Breakfast: 2 pancakes, 3 slices of bacon
Lunch: A whole digiorno Supreme Pizza
Pre workout: 1 serving cell tech
Post workout: 1 serving cell tech, N-Large

Pretty cloudy day today. Hot and humid outside. NOthing has gotten on my nerves yet today. One thing that has though, is a stupid homo Movies 8 manager who won't let me in. The fag made me stand outside the movies and beg to be let in, while in front of my friends. I probably shouldn't have called him a dumbass, but he pissed me off. My mom is going to call him Monday and try to settle things. I hate him. I started to get violent, but he threatened to press charges if I so much as layed a hand on him, lil pussy. Oh well, maybe someday...

Left something out. I have DOMS in my Pecs, lats, and traps. I hardly ever get DOMS in my lats, so its a good thing. L8er

Nice work on the box squats Herc! Really impressive man.
I am curious as to why you dont get DOMS in your lats. There isnt a bodypart that I dont get DOMS in for some reason. Who knows, not like DOMS = hypertrophy.

Monstar- Honestly, I have no idea why I don't get DOMS in my lats. I am going to try some T-Bar Rows Tuesday, maybe that will help. I also never get DOMS in my triceps, even though I absolutely kill them on bench day. Luckily, thanks to box squats, I don't really get DOMS in my hams or glutes. Thanks for posting man, later.

MAN! I HATE MY WEAK SELF!!! I had 410 past my knees, but no matter how hard I tugged, jerked, and pulled, it would NOT come up! I was so pissed. The 370 seemed heavy, I think that I need to chill on the deadlifts for a few weeks, and do some Suspended Good AM's for a while.
Bentover BB Rows:
Good sets. Nice Lat contractions.
Good sets. I like these. I put my BB in the corner, and had my dad put his foot on one end. I got some great lat contractions, and my biceps also got quite a pump.
Good workout. I am pissed abotu the miss on the Deadlift though. There is nothing better than hitting a PR, and there is nothing worse than missing one.
Breakfast: 3 packets oat meal, 3 scoops peanut butter, 20OZ Milk
Lunch: 6 slices of pizza
Pre workout: Cell tech
Post workout: Pro Complex Protein
Dinner: Two Chicken Breasts, fries

Cold day today, really windy. I have to do a powerpoint thats due Monday for speech. Also have to write a gay Autobiography about myself. NOthing got on my nerves today, but I did get mad yesterday when I went to GNC and they didn't have any N-large.

Well, due to the recent surge of westsiders, I am gonna join the trend. I will finish this week up, then take the next week off, and then start it. I will be getting my GHR next week. I will order some bands later. I will also start a new journal.

YAY!!:clap: I got my GHR today! I will probably assemble it some time this weekend. I will be gone tommorow to a Band Contest, and I will be gone friday and half of saturday to UIL Regionals. I can't believe it got here so fast. I ordered it last Friday. YukonFitness must have a dealer somewhere close to me.

Awesome about the GHR Herc, and the Westside exercises look excellent man. Good luck with the program.
And what is GHR? A search on Google only brought up a human growth hormone, and an anit-aging formula. Good luck with Westside, you'll love it. ;)

Ironman8- LoL! My goal is to gain weight. I am trying to get up to 225, but I am stuck at 218 right now. Thanks for posting man.
Monstar- Yeh, I was totally stoked with getting it so fast. My dad put it together today, and I did a few sets on it. For some reason, it seems to easy, I am going to have to go to elitefts. and make sure I am doing it right. I will probably have to add some weight. I can't wait to start Westside. I hope to see great results, thanks for posting.
