Ok. Here's the deal. I wanna get down to about 6% BF here. And I got a couple points to drop yet. Trying to figure out a diet that's going to work, so here's an attempt. I'm at a loss really, so maybe even some of you guys that compete can answer too.

Meal 1 - 6:30a

1/2 Cup Oats - 150 Calories, 3g Fat, 27g Carbohydrates, 5g Protein
1 Tbsp. Natural PB - 100 Calories, 8g Fat, 3g Carbohydrates, 3g Protein
8 Egg Whites - 96 Calories, 0g Fat, 0g Carbohydrates, 24g Protein
5g L-Glutamine
Multivitamin

Meal 2 - 9:30a

25g Zero Carb Isopure Shake - 100 Calories, 0g Fat, 0g Carbohydrates, 25g Protein
2 Tsp. Flax Oil - 90 Calories, 9g Fat, 0g Carbohydrates, 0g Protein
1/2 Cup Oats - 150 Calories, 3g Fat, 27g Carbohydrates, 5g Protein

Meal 3 - 12:30p

1 Can Starkist Chunk Light Tuna - 80 Calories, 1g Fat, 0g Carbohydrates, 18g Protein
1/2 Cup Oats - 150 Calories, 3g Fat, 27g Carbohydrates, 5g Protein
1 Tbsp. Natural PB - 100 Calories, 8g Fat, 3g Carbohydrates, 3g Protein

Meal 4 - 3:30p

25g Zero Carb Isopure Shake -100 Calories, 0g Fat, 0g Carbohydrates, 25g Protein
1 Scoop Glycemet - 40 Calories, 0g Fat, 10g Carbohydrates, 0g Protein
5g L-Glutamine
Multivitamin

Meal 5 - 5:30p

8 Oz. Chicken Breast - 250 Calories, 4g Fat, 0g Carbohydrates, 46
2 Sticks Celery - N/A Fiber Carbs

Meal 6 - 7:30p

1 Can Starkist Chunk Light Tuna - 80 Calories, 1g Fat, 0g Carbohydrates, 18g Protein
1 Tsp. Flax Oil - 45 Calories, 4.5g Fat, 0g Carbohydrates, 0g Protein

Meal 7 - 9:30p

25g Zero Carb Isopure Shake - 100 Calories, 0g Fat, 0g Carbohydrates, 25g Protein

Er, well. My fault for not posting. Current stats:

5'11
168 lbs
8% BF (As of tank testing)

Yaz, me good man, heres my opition:-

6% is very low. If you want to get that cut I'd lose the protein shakes. I cut them out the last 4 weeks of a contest. They tend to give you a watery look. Not sure why ... but they do.

Mmmm your fat intake might also be a little high .... alot of peanut butter and flax oil going on there. For cutting this is not always a good idea. Sure you need some fats but Im not sure you need as much as your having. Maybe try and cut them down SLOWLY.

What cardio R U doing ?

Cardio 4x per week @ 30 minutes, I've upped it to.

Carbs are extremely low, for what I usually take in. So that is why I bumped fats a bit up. But ok. I'll kill the natty PB for now, and drop in a good 200 calories of protein somewhere.
