View Full Version : How long after protein shake can u eat?

I just finished training and had a protein shake. Should I wait like half an hour before eating dinner? I will have milk and stuff with my meal and i dont want that to interfer with digestion.

Its usually an hour or more before I feel like eating after my shake. Eat before 2 hours though.

I usually eat 60-90 mins after my shake
