Allrighty folks, here we go. I just started the WBB II routine and figure that I'll keep my progress for all of you to see.

It's the end of my man boobs as they know it, I feel fine.

There. How's that for an intro?

ME: Age: 20 | Weight: ~150 | Height: 5'11"

I've taken no measurements as of yet, I'll get to those later. After I learn how to properly do them, of course.

Current goals: Gain mass, worry about strength later. Luckily strenght is a nice side-effect of mass. All I really want is bigger forearms and a nice definate line between my pecs.

Here we go: 12/2/02

BB Incline Press: 95x8, 105x7.5 (.5 incidates I needed a spot or a failed attempt)

Close Grip Chins: BWx10, BWx4

Flat DB Flies: 30x10, 30x10

Wide Grip Pulldowns: 120x10, 120x10 (Form was a bit lacking at the very end of the last set)

Decline BB Bench: 115x10, 135x8.5 (Red is a personal best)

Seated Cable Row: 80x10, 90x9.5

Diet:
7:00 | Oatmeal, a lil coffee
11:00 | Cheesy potatoes (love these), Beef stew
3:45 | More beef stew
4:30 | Protein shake, 2 scoops
5:00 | Lift
6:30 | Protein shake v2 (now)
Later | Prolly some turkey, a bananna, and I may go buy some roasted peanuts to munch on. Planters, wouldn't you love our nuts in your mouth about now?

There you have it. My grandiose introduction. I'll write up a fancy template to do the rest of my journal entries in.

I wish I could get those too. But it seems much more difficult then adding size to my back. Good luck on your goals and progress.

HEy , Sootah? Since your are concerned most with your Pecs( the defined line) and Popeye style forarms are you gonna train your legs any...?

Just wondering...

That takes courage indeed to reveal online your journal. Who knows maybe one day I will start one, the problem is will I complete or at least continue it. Good Luck on adding the beef.

Yeah, I work the lower body. It's one of my favorite days. Hell, I like all the days. Only working 3 times a week is going to drive me nucking futz.

I wonder if its possible to pop somebody's head between my soon-to-be really defined man boobs.. :D

I'll weigh every week to keep track of that shat. Also, what is the proper way to measure? My roommate (and lifting partner) has one of those tailor tape measures.

Last I checked I was 152.5 (up from 146)

Todays Diet:

Cerial, 2 cups milk
Donut
Wendy's Junior Bacon Cheesburger
The last of the beef stew (hardly any)
Protein shake, 2 scoops, 2 cups milk
Several hanfuls of peanuts when I was home various times from work
2 tacos
protein shake, 2 scoops, 2 cups milk

Damnit, this better be enough to bulk

Leg day:

Squats: 140x20 - First time in a while, need more weight. (LOTS more, I hate the high rep thing)

Dead Lifts: 140x10 (First time ever doing these, any tips for good form? I used my back waaay too much)

Leg Extension: 115x15

Hamstring Curl: 110x9, 110x9

Seated Calf Raises: 90x25, 90x23

Kind of a pussy workout, but I've never tracked this **** before so I'll go a lot heavier next time.

Time for a shake..

Tailor tape measure will work just find. You can do a search for the proper way to measure. I'm sure that I remember that there was a thread on proper measuring of bodyparts. I would, but I'm getting tired and need to go to bed.

Missed yesterday's workout cause, well, I was getting ****ty. Way way shėttier than should be legal. (Actually I was shėttier than legal, I'm only 20)

Anyway, Golds here in Cedar is only open till 5:00pm on Saturdays for some freaky reason and isn't open at all on Sunday. My arms are pretty well hosed. I guess they have to wait.

Incline BB Press: 105x8, 105x7.5 Time to pop on the 35's!

Flat BB Press: 115x8, 135x4

Dips: BWx15, BWx10

Cable Flies: 40x10, 50x8

Chins: BWx7

Didn't really feel quite up today. Need to eat more. Was quite happy with my incline press though. I've been makeing some good gains the past bit.

Only thing I really need to work on is the diet.

Had a good arm workout yesterday, don't have any of it written though. Too bad too, I had several personal bests.

Incline BB Press: 115x7.5, 115x4.5

Dips: BW+25x9, BW+25x7, BWx7

Machine Flyes: 100x10, 100x8, 100x5

Was really happy with my incline, its progressing all kinds of rapidly. Never been able to do this much before. I'll be stuck on 115 for a couple of weeks I bet, but as long as the reps go up I don't care. My flat bench is just pathetic though. I mean, I would like to be able to do as much on the incline as flat; and I realize that after doing incline (always first) I am semi-tired, but its still just sad.

Weighted dips were kick-ass. I had no idea that my gym had the belt for it. I always feel it right in the inner pec (I know, you can't isolate parts of the pec) My right pec is starting to get noticably smaller though... I don't get it. I keep my bench nice and even and try to keep my form as strict as possible, its just like there is this hole in the inner middle of my right man boob that has almost no muscle at all. I'm frustrated as hell.

I think next time I do dips I will have Nick stand behind me and make sure I'm not tucking my right arm into my side. I've always had pretty good triceps. (Much bigger than my biceps, anyway)


Would have done back again, but was pretty tired after chest, and for some odd reason parts of my upper back were rather tired after this workout. Especially after the weighted dips.

Probably will do back and abs tommorow.

Depends how big of a deal you make of it, yourself. When I was fatter I had BIGGER male breasts and I was very embarrassed about it. I would get teased here and there, but not as much as i made seem. I would get teased for other things. Today I still have them(not as big), but I got over it, I dont care to take my shirt off.


I am cutting and will cut until I can ride them forever. Luck to you.

I'm wanting pure muscle man boobs. My BF% is rather low, the only place I have noticeable fat would be on my gut; and even that isn't all that much.

I just want a ripped chest and my right side doesn't seem to want to do it. In fact, for some odd reason my whole left side progresses easier even though I lift the same both sides.

I don't get it. (I'm right handed too!)

I swear my left side has less fat then my right. One of these days I think I'll get my bf tests done on the left side and see there really is a difference. I'm right handed as well.

Was supposed to do back, but Pimp wanted to do arms. For some reason I agreed.

BB Curl: 50x10, 70x8, 70x5

Tricep Bar Extension: 70x10, 80x8

Reverse Curl: 50x10, 50x8

Tricep Rope Extension: 100x10, 100x8

Then a superset, I forget what. Overall a good workout, I am happy with it. My upper body needs rest now though.

Back day finally:

Dont know what this is called: 150x10, 150x10

Snatches: 80x8, 80x5 (Never done these, hit HARD right between/below the shoulder blades)

Shoulder extensions: 20x10 arms forward, 15x8 arms to the sides (I SUCK at these. Need to work shoulders)

Back extensions BW+35x10, BW+35x10, BW+35x10

Cable rows 110x10, 110x10, 110x9

Sick* for the first time in, well, forever. Legs are hosed for now.

*Feel semi-****ty. Not really sick, bit of a sore throat and tired.

Wow. Just kicked my backs ass.

Didn't track anything today, as I didn't remeber my notepad but lets just say I probably won't be able to walk tommorow.

Did chest the day before yesterday. Prior to that I had almost a 2 week hiatus.

Chest still quite sore, back for sure will be. I think I'm gonna stay in bed...
