...it all just depends on the severity of your acne, and what you respond to.

Where can us English bros get Retin A micro?

I can get the regular cream (0.05%) easily and cheaply, but not the apparently much more effective micro version.

Ideas, thanks?

Retin A Micro will probably be the most commonly prescibed anti-acne medication by a dermatologist to see if it will work first before going on to a stronger medication, such as accutane. You could actually just go to your general practioner and he/she can prescribe it for you. I did that before I decided I needed to go to my dermatologist for additional medication. Just try your generla practitioner.

..also, I forgot to mention that I do have quite a bit of the retin 0.05 cream, i think i either have one or two boxes full of the small tubes. Quite a bit.

..just thought I would throw that out there.

Accutane is a chemical derivative of vitamin A. High dose of Vit A and Vit B5 every day, tanning and salt baths should cure your problems

Tanning, Vit B5 (high dose) and tea tree oil.

what constitutes a "high dose" of B5??

5 grams or more is a high dose of B-5, I don't think tea tree oil is very effective and it stinks just get a panoxyl bar and some good moisturizer if you get on Retin-A it ate my skin alive I looked like I had boiling water thrown on me for the first couple of days. I use the .1 strength

accutane works the best. i am currently on it right now and i am happy with the results...though it is expensive (i pay $115.00 canadian each month and its for 5 months),(its apx. $75 USD)

I was on 80mg/day for 5 months. It cleard my back, shoulder and chest completely. Still have some minor scares but it looks a lot better. If you plan on doing it, prepare to rub a ton of vaseline on your lips (that's the wrost part).
