From recent reading bread even whole-wheat seems to be getting slated. I saw one post say "why dont you just go and eat a slice of sugar" alright thats a bit extreme,

But really what other carbs sources should we use to replace the bread? imo ive used bread and had no probs, but maybe if i hadn't i could of got better gains, less fat? maybe.

I don't see a problem with ww or whole grain breads in general, but oats and sweet potatoes are two excellent sources of carbs along with lentils.

I like bread. I am not afraid of white bread either. Gasps... IMO unless you have some weight problems it isn;t going to hurt you. Thats just my uneducated opinion, not suggesting anyone else eat it. But I love fresh white bread and rolls. I've ripped french bread off the loaf as I've been driving home and ate it plain.
