Gains have been non-existant for the past 2 months or so. I will be 190 or I will die trying(hopefully no the latter). New routine is set. Calories will be plenty high.
Time to get back on track! First workout will be tomorrow. I am gonna start with a push workout.

Hey, I don't want to garbage your journal with useless post (nah, to be honest I don't give a rat a$$ :p). But like you know... I've been there before you.. weighting a ****ty 150... (a year ago)
I found it hard at first to eat can after can of tuna... this only to know that tomorrow I probably wouldn't be anywhere closer to my goal , but in a year , I would be closer than ever.
My tip to you is to stay focus on your goal and never lose grip on it because of a sudden down or failure cause short term sucess and failure leave as fast as they come.

Sinep- That was not a garbage post. I am very motivated and my eyes are set on this goal!! Thanks :D

I didn't get to bed too early last night and I was extremely tired when I woke up. I felt I would be better off taking an extra day of rest and training on Tuesday. Tomorrow will be a push day.

I ate plenty today!! I also slept well last night.

Had a quick workout today. I may join a gym for a month or two because my basement has been hotter than hell lately.

1.Flat db press-80'sx6, 70'sx7
2.OH cambered bar ext.- 70x9

Felt a bit weak. I expected this though, due to poor training and diet from the past few weeks. I'll be back into it soon. I have the biggest urge to deadlift. Haven't done it in a while.

Weight: 160lbs

1.wide grip chins-bwx13, bwx9
2.deadlifts- 315x4
3.underhand grip cable row-150x6

I am going to up the volume slightly as I go. Not rela high, I'm just going to prolly do 2 work sets of every exercise. I didn't go all out on deads because it was the first time in a while. I'll stick with 315 until I can get 8 reps with it. Prolly could have got 6 with it today. I used cable row because I don't like doing free-weight rows after deads, too taxing. Next pull workout, I won't do deads and I'll add a shrug and a bicep movement.

Haha! I was so damn confused until I saw the origin date. Hell, resurrect this goal and I'll race you, chris. I think you got me by 15lbs and my goal is 15lbs less than what yours WAS ;)
