Somethings not adding up ya'll. Thought I'd post my %'s and ask for some feed back. I'm 24yo, 6'1" and weighted in at 258lbs on 11/24. I weighted in at 257lbs today. My BF% is approx 20%. Wanna get to single digits.

Far from perfect but it is a starting point. I keep switching from diet to diet, and I wanna stick with something. Wondering what others might ajust to this to see better results.

What I personally recommend. The splits are really just a guideline to help you figure out a good diet for yourself, in the end it's just calories in vs. calories out. Find a diet and stick with it. Refeeds over weekends aren't a bad idea either.
