G'day
I Am writting to seek some help/comments about my diet plan any feedback will be appreciated.
From memory at the start of the year id say I was around 75 Kgs and to this date I am now 91Kgs, I am 5'8 in height. With this gain in weight I have put on a decent amount of muscle mass but also a fair amount of fat as I havent been very strict. I have written out a plan and am trying to stick with it:
meal 1:
Oatmeal with milk
Protein shake with flax oil
Fruit
meal2:
Tuna sandwhich on soy and linseed burgen bread
and avocado
tub of non-fat yoghurt
meal3:
Wholewheat pasta and a chicken breast
piece of fruit
Meal4:
same as meal two but without yoghurt
piece of fruit
Meal5:
Post workout shake with dextrose
(off days this is just whey with flax oil)
Meal6:
Piece of fish, steak or chicken with salad or veggies
in total this is around 2500 cals
I would like to finally lose my gut as this is the problem area I guess, so would cardio on tuesday/thursday be recommended or if I stick to a clean diet and work hard with the WBB routine 1 this should be sufficient.
ok sorry for long post but really need some advice on things
Cheers
