Looks pretty good. I'd ditch the OJ in the pre-workout shake. The only glaring weak point of this diet is that you stop eating 4 hours before you go to bed. You go a total of 12.5 hours without eating every day! If you want to keep the calories at around 3200, take the 110 cals from the OJ you're not going to have and take another 100-200 cals off of other meals so you can have a cup of cottage cheese before bed (or 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 2 Tbsp natural peanut butter).
