Is the protein found in yogurt worth a sh*t? I noticed that my nonfat plain yogurt has a good bit in it compared to the carbs.

Of course! I am not quite positive on what type of protein it is, casein maybe? But it does have quite a bit of sugar in it as well. Personally, I have one to two yogurts a day.

It doesn't have any added sugar, it is plain flavored
that stuff is foul. but the protein has a good BV value

Yeah plain flavored is kind of nasty, but I might just have to pick some up, only because of the no added sugar factor.

Cottage cheese is better IMO, as far as taste and macronutrient profile.

is there any advantage compared to milk? Isn't it a lot cheaper just drinking milk?

I usually add fruit and splenda to mine, there's no way in hell I would eat it plain. I sometimes mix cottage cheese with it too, but I really don't like the texture of cottage cheese.

There is more sugar in milk than in cottage cheese but I don't think the amount would be of much significance. Every tried cottage cheese and sugr free jello? Kind of turns it into a low cal treat IMO.
