I drink about 4-5 litres of water a day. Is that enought for someone trying to put on weight? How much does everyone else get?

sounds fine to me, 2 litres a day is reccomended. I drink about 5litres.

When consuming high amounts of protein, it is essential to drink lots of water to help prevent dehydration and keep the digestive system running smoothly

ummm... isn't a gallon a day recomended? That is about 4 litres. I drink about 4-6 a day.

Bodyweight 0.55 minimum. If you're really active use 0.66.
