I need opinions on adding some fat (mainly pB&slax) and oatmeal to a morning protein/ creatine shake.

I am going to use creatine that contains maltodextrin from supreme supplements. It contain ALA, Glutamine, taurine and Chromium. Opinions of this product as well. It was cheap couldn't refuse the offer. Also taking it post W/O. It doesn't cantain any dextrose but I plan to take some preworkout along with whey.

I would leave out the creatine in the morning protien shake if you are going to be taking it postworkout as well.
