View Full Version : So what do yall think of my diet plan?

Ok as I stated in my hello to all I have just now got back into bodybuilding after a 4 year hiatais. I have not lifted serious since high school. I have gained alot of weight and body fat. I have a diet that I started on monday just want to see what yall think of it.

Meal #1
1 Whole egg + 5 Egg whites
5oz. 93 % lean Beef
1/2 cup oatmeal before cooking
or
a protien shake if ya lazy

Meal # 2
Protien Drink - 2 scoops + 4-6 scoops heavy whipping cream + 12-18oz water

Meal # 3
8oz. chicken ( before cooking)
6oz. sweet potato or 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
1.5 cup of vegetables( broccoli, etc.) or salad w/ 2 TBS low cal dressing
or
6oz chicken
1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup pineapple

Meal # 4
Protien Drink - 2 scoops + 4-6 scoops heavy whipping cream + 12-18oz water

Meal # 5
8oz. 93 % lean beef, chicken, turkey, fish sirloin steak
2 cups vegetables

Meal #6
2 whole eggs + 4 egg whites
4oz 93% lean beef
1 cup vegetables
or
8oz chicken breast
1 apple
or
Protien Shake

So lets hear opinions or any modifications I could do to it to make it better.

*is all this meat a seperate option ? If it isn't then thats too much protein.

On a whole it looks very good. I would add more fats in there tho. Maybe a little olive oil with some of the vegs. and some Omega 3 and 6's.

Yeah it calls for a TBS of Flax oil with meal 1, meal 5.

I am not sure what type of oil it was though so still looking for it maybe some help on that. Also the whipping cream has alot of fats in it which help out with them. The meats in meal 5 are just diffrent options so to change it up some.

Why the whipping cream? I would go with natty pb or flax oil. You can get flax oil at most health food stores or supplement stores (GNC, Vitamine Shoppe, etc)
