Hey peeps,

I havn't posted in the anabolic zone before, but I have a couple of questions about clen. I hope you all don't mind. I've heard this stuff is a great thermogenic. I am a bodybuilder so this stuff definitely sounds interesting to me. I was just wondering how effective it is and any side effects I should be worried about. Any info would be appreciated.

From what I've heard clen is the $hit! Its great for brown fat burning and is usually done in a 2 week on 2 week off cycle, with the 2 weeks off using a regulare thermo. Hit up this site for some good info on it. http://www.anglefire.com/pq/profiles/ Hope this helps ya' out bro. Peace :D

I loved the stuff, and never had any of the reported side effects.....I lost sleep once, and that was because I took my pills too late, like a moron....

Some people get splitting headaches from the stuff, and horrible cramps...I guess it all depends on the person..

Clen makes me kinda shakey. I know alot of people experiance this. Clen does also have a small amount of strenght and muscle building properties.

Can anyone post a recomended dosage cycle how much and when.. how many times a day for how long.. that sorta stuff. Any help is appreciate.

clen is moderately effective, but don't expect to get your socks knocked off by it. it's not the best out there.

i'm simply answering your question, not making a suggestion that you or anyone else should try these things.

dnp, and t3 are both more effective. i haven't tried pgf2 or amrinone before, but i heard they're pretty amazing too.

But if you can't loose wiegth without drugs you got a problem to fix first.....

The only thing that wil work without a change in diet is 400-600mg dnp and cardio eod! clen, t-3, eca, ect. aren't gonna do jack for you if your hitting mickey d's twice a day.

To be honest Pup has a pretty clean diet. He doesn't drink much and never has that McDonalds $hit. He's kinda hit a wall as far as fat loss...I don't know why though.... :confused:

Would taking clen at 17 be alright or would it be like like steroids and be more harmful then ggod. ALso by taking it know does this mean i will not be able to compete in natural comps?

Like spidey said, i have a good diet, I'm just having trouble losing bf. My diet is posted in the online journals section, if you think i'm doing something wrong, feel free to offer constructive criticism. To answer asian dynamo's question, to my knowledge, clen only stays in the body for 10 days, so if you stopped using it a couple of weeks out then you would test negative. The dilemma is the moral issue of using an illegal substance in a natural competion, if that doesn't bother you then just stop using it a couple of weeks out and you'll have nothing to worry about.

I just skimmed through your diet and I know your not getting enough protein.... A 45/45/10 split isn't gonna cut it for serious fat loss. Try something like 60-30-10 or so. You only need carbs for breakfast and 1hour prior to training....

you prolly know this but little things like mayo on your tukrkey smitches can really mess things up... Look around for the lowest calorie protien drink. I think problend55 and designer are 2 of the best. onyl like 300 cals per shake and like 50-60 grams of protein per shake... 2 of those a day should help out.

To really get into detail I would need to know everything about you though, stats, years training, blah blah...

thanks pup, but i thought they made you take a polygraph? I wantedt to know that if i use it now when i wanna compete in like 2 years will it be a problem?

Heh heh heh... well I wouldn't anticipate any problems. Hell, in many competitions alot of guys are using gear right up until or even during competition. Most usually have no problem at all with the polygraph. I'm not terribly sure how all that works... as I've not done so myself. I would assume it pretty much depends on how strict they are at each individual competition... but if it's two years off you should be good to go anyhow. If you're competing in a natural competition, the moral issue is the only thing left... and if that doesn't bother you then you're golden.

Thanks for the input, I do think i need to up the protein ratio. I don't use any condiments on my turkey sandwiches, so that isn't a real problem. Here are my stats: 182lbs (as of yesterday), 5'8, bf around 14 or 15%, i've been training for 3 years, and i havn't used any gear yet.

If you don't wanna do DNP then I think the best alternative is a stack of T3 and Clen. And if you use the clen now, don't worry about a competition 2 years from now...hell you could use it during May and June to prep for a July or August show!! Hope this helps some brotha'. :cool:

well i have taken ip clen for 2 go rounds. 2 weeks on 2 off. they are 10 times as strong as oxyflux. I found it made me shakey but not freaked out like to much eca. I did it with winnny and in the last 12 weeks i lost 20 pounds of fat (says a BMI machine)my friend did it and went down from 23% to 16 % in 12 weeks. I would have done better if i did more cardio i think if you are going to do something like oxyflux you have to take 10 tabs split through out the day. hope that helps. OX

I'd go with novegam. Both me and IB couldn't go over 6 a day.
