hi everyone,
sorry, i hardly post on here. but i did the wannabebig routines #1 and am in the middle of #2. i was just wondering if you all could "critique" my pic? anything good/bad is welcome.

you have a good base there...says you are on a bulk at the bottom...so after loosing some bf you would look good...keep up the good work!

as AG said; you have got a good base, although where are the wheels? you need wheels, not just chest, bi's, abs.

And what is that thing on your chin?:D j/k

by wheels they mean legs.

your shoulders look too small or your biceps are too big ;)

i weigh 170. i had gone up from 160, which i was at for a while. a year ago i was at 148.
