I remember reading somewhere once that even before eating a big desirable meal such as pizza or ice cream, the body is already elevating insulin levels.
Could this mean, everytime we crave treats or junk food, our insulin elevates; hence, we cease any current lipolysis within the body?
the effect was only small. plus if under eating you will still loose fat.

not sure if this has anything to do with what youre talking about but when i got checked for ulcers they made me do an overnight fast.the radiologist came in and said i still had undigested food in my stomach and told me to think about my favorite food for 5 minutes and it should clear me out.she came back in and said that it worked and that it usually always does
