I remember reading somewhere once that even before eating a big desirable meal such as pizza or ice cream, the body is already elevating insulin levels.

Could this mean, everytime we crave treats or junk food, our insulin elevates; hence, we cease any current lipolysis within the body?

not sure if this has anything to do with what youre talking about but when i got checked for ulcers they made me do an overnight fast.the radiologist came in and said i still had undigested food in my stomach and told me to think about my favorite food for 5 minutes and it should clear me out.she came back in and said that it worked and that it usually always does
