In my local mall, there are two supp stores. GNC and Great Earth Vitamins. GNC, i don't shop there anymore because of the prices. One day I desperately needed some weight gainer, so i went to Great Earth Vitamins instead of GNC, b/c i didn't want to spend a lot of money. I bought a 3lb jug of their propietary weight gainer. It tasted very good in fact! It was better than N-Large, fat free, and hi in calores. The protein was CFM and hi in quality (i think). The cost was cheaper than of GNC's but more expensive than big name brands over the internet. I was wondering, if we bump into small supp companies like this one, should we try their supps out? Just 'cause they're small doesn't nessessarily mean they're bad.
Today i bought their propietary/generic ECA and I'll give it a try tomorrow (during my wrestling tourney!).

try to stick with larger companies. they usually have less of a problem with label claims and things like that. http://www.ironmag.com did an article on this, good read.
