/Intro
Welcome to my new journal, Cuban Test. This is a New Year (2003) and I am more determined then EVER to get HUGE. Last year did not let me down, I am happy at the gains which were attained in 2002. This will be my ultimate journal for the year 2003, Yes, I plan to keep this puppy for one full year. I only plan to keep this journal for myself and to motivate me, since I don¡¦t talk about bb with any of my friends, this is the best way to interact with other people that share the same interest as me.

- I am still deciding on which goals I will set for myself this upcoming year. I do plan to set shorter-term goals, in both, dieting and lifting.

Keep on an eye for a more detailed photo section. Well, I plan to take pictures, more of them, to keep an eye on everything. I will take pictures at the gym lifting whenever I break a new record. This is still on the air, because, I have many friends that lift at my gym, (which I got into lifting) well they go at different times then me. Plus, I wont like to be showing off every week taking pictures. I will however, try to get any training pictures whenever I can that is for sure.

Detailed overview of my supplement stack. This is something I have not been doing much lately.

Tighter Dieting! This is has to be my number one priority. I have to tighten those holes that I have on my diet. Like, waking up in the middle of the night and eat. Also, the weekends are just too crazy when on KETO.

Year 2003¡¦s Goals
Lose Bitch Tits
Get that 6 pack
Get down to 175-180lb Ripped
Hack Squat 450lbs „³ Current „³ 360lb
Squat 405lb „³ Current „³ 315-325lb

The more of these goals that are achieved/accomplished before I turn 16, the higher the compensation I give myself. (ex. Go in more dates. ect..)

Heh, yea I could not wait to get this rolling.

Sure do, I have everything set up, and very strick. The key point is sticking with it, it looks easy/good on writting. But it takes more then just writting to actually getting this rolling. I am proud of my start thus far, cause I am keeping my carb tight. Just have to take it one day at a time. And think twice of what i am putting in my mouth at all times. I must decipline myself even more. Near perfection is my goal.

Sure, weekends I might eat ONLY 1 cheat meal. But that should be rare.

Thanks for the support mate.

Thanks Mate.
I dont plan on taking any fat burners. Well for one, I have a mild form of Tachycardia, which I was operated on 4-5 years ago. I am wary of those fat burners and the effects it may have on my problem. In fact, I am seen the Cardiologist (Heart Doc., excuse my spelling) this up coming month. Sure they would certainly help my fat loss speed, but my health is number one. I dont want to take anything at such a young age, to later regret it.

peace

Today I felt so-so to go and do cardio. I had an overall good cardio run. I am rather happy at how fast my body has adopted at running, instead of doing that slow walk. I hit that sucker at 8.2 mph w/ an inclie of 4.0..fastes I ever gone.

I broke another record, which I had never been able to do.
- Ran 2 miles in 18:20

Pretty good for a fat slob. Considering that I walked in between those 18 minutes. I would walk for 2 minutes then run 3..I know I can do 2 miles in less then 18:20.

-25 minutes
-burned 425 calories

I was reading about Japanese researchers. And how it has shown that we lose fat from different parts of our body. All depending on where you lose fat from: diet or exercise.

According to the online source they published their research on Medicine and Science in Sports & Exercise.

It stated on the source, that dieting leads to a greater reduction in visceral fat. This is the fat from the internal organs. And that exercise impacted subcutaneous fat, which is the fat under the skin. This is the fat that impacts the way we look.

It stated that diet alone is not is not enough if you want to change the way you look (slimmer, thinner, ect). It showed that Dieting alone you'll most likely lose Visceral Fat (fat from organs).

*note, the research was done on female candidate. Just some info for the thoughs*

I love cardio! I have to sometimes force myself to take days off. I need to get away from it all and it is a place that I can clear my head. As a Video/Computer geek I sit too much and use my head. It's nice to use the body once in a while.

My $0.02.

I Have some before pictures that I am going to take just after Christmas so that will be the start of it.

I hate to say, but, I too i am starting to love cardio. I hate missing days, just like missing a lifting day. Is like an addiction. ;-) you want more more more more. heh.maybe its me, but I always have to out-perform the previous day. I hate knowing that I could perform at greater level then I had, so I strive for improvement ALWAYS.

Well its 100% certain that i am getting bold. Heck it runs on the family, from both parents, my mom started to lose some of hers at 16 years old! What hopes are there for me? lol. Well, less money i spend on getting a fade. ;-)

Well, that kid that I dislike keeps acting dumb. (the one I call Smily..) This time I was talking to a teacher and he says.."shut up"
on a joking way, since he is always playing like this withever..but i dont tolerate bullsh*t like that. FROM ANYONE

I told him "LISTEN, Dont play games with me. I dont even talk to you. So Keep it up because you are going win yourself a trip to the hospital"

He shut up.

I try stuff like that not get into my head, but, I have certain behaviors I dont tolerate.
--------------------------------------------
Before that happened above, he was talking to two girls which he sits at lunch with. I sometimes go over to talk with the girls. They really dislike him jsut as I do. Well the idiot is their puppet, and he gets angry because I dont any favors for them. What an idiot.lol. This guy is not smart, he cant see that the girls are just using him. The girl askes me "can you do X for me" I say, umm no..The only way i say yes if something is in it for me..This guy needs a few pointers..lol

Okay i was in a store..A fag (he is openly gay) says to me, what happen to your hair. This the second time someone (older people) says a comment like that. I let them pass by, next person that says something I am going to look at them..And tell them

"Its called a fade, for your information" It does not get to my head, but I want to make them feel stupid for those comments.. Is a win win situation. Hey, they asked for it.

Peace. I know B-R wants to see me tell the story when I break that kids face. I know i wont resolve anything, but I mean it, one day i will be very angry (when my test levels are higher lol) and i will BOOOOM explode.!

Oh yea, the only thing about this town of mine. are the latina girls. they are soo yummy ;-). Sorry guys! Cant go wrong with a nice Columbian cutie. j-lo styled @ss heh..

Read them.

"The greatest barriers to high level performance or reaching your potential are mental barriers that we impose upon ourselves. We don't think we can do it, when we, in fact, are capable of doing it and doing much more. Once we have the right mindset, everything else follows."

---------------------

Thanks B-R. I can really not notice the small changes on my face, because I see myself every day. So is rather heard to tell, I cant really go by how much I wieght. That is not much relevant as to how I look. I have mainted at 198-200lbs lately, but I seem to be leaning out more and more. What this all mean is that, I should go by how I look in the mirror not on the weight.

That's right. I started Again this week. Although I ate pizza on meal 2, I have kept it tight. That was the only mean of carb for the day. Just today, one of my boys (he has not seen me in one week) said I look thinner. As for my arms, they are 15.8-16.1 give or take, it depends on a few factors. (These are cold measurements)

Well, I worked today from 7am-3pm. I took 3 cans of tuna over, because, I get tempted to eat other not so healthy choices. Thats All i had to eat, so I had to make the best of the situation. My diet is certainly on a strick zone right now. I have NEVER been so anal about what I eat on the weekends. This is the first time EVER, that I kept count.

no cardio, no lifting.

I am running into a little problem. I am going away from next week. So I wont be able to lift next week. You see, since I started HST, i had to do SD this week that passed. So I will take 2 weeks off before starting HST with the 15's. I should had planned better! Too late now, maybe I should start from the very start.

I will however try to post when ever I can, plus, will keep that diet on check. Not to mention, I will also add my cardio in there too.

Year 03'

Well this is brand New Year. Is time to put 02' behind us and start all over again.

- - It was in 1.1.01 when I decided it was time to change my body. I made a goal to lose weight, and in no time, I had lost 60lbs! This past year (2002) I was focused in gaining lean muscle mass(bulking). I went from 165-170 to 210lb during last year. Sure it was not all pure muscle but did pack on a good amount of muscle.

- - The first half of 03' will be focused on dropping my BF. Sure its a slow progress but I dont want to lose much hard earned muscle.

- - Second half of 03' will be spent on packing quality muscle. A slow bulk maintaining a low bf is key.

1.2.03 WORKOUT

Today was my real 15's workout with the load I should had been using. I felt like crap. When I finished my 235lb x 15 squat I felt like fainting. I was about to pass out. I felt my eyes closing and short in breath. This is happen on several occasions before but not as bad. In fact, I felt wasted throughout the whole workout. I managed to use the surggested poundage but felt like like passing out after every set.

Week 2 Day 1 of 15s
Squat (235lb x 15)
SLDL (140lb X 15) (140 X 15)
DB Bench (50lb x15) (50 x 15)
Pull Down (105lb x 15) (105 x 15)
Cable Row (135lb x 15) (135 x 10) --> I was to wasted!
DB Shrugs (60lb x 15) ( 60 x 15)
BB Mil. Press ( 95lb x 15 )
Lat Raiser (20lb x 15)
Upright Row (50lb x 15)
DB Curls (25lb x 15) (25 x 15) --> Light but HUGE pump!
Tri. Press Down ( 60lb x 15) (60 x 15)
Calves (160lb x 15) (160 x 15)
*ABS*

To avoid this lack of glycogen I will be lifting on my carb up days. Only one day will be done without any carbing up. But I will consume a total of 60g of carbs before lifting. It will look like this:

Day 1 - CARDIO -> 0-30 g of carbs
Day 2 - LIFTING -> 350-500G of carbs (CARB UP 1)
Day 3 - CARDIO -> 0-30 g of carbs
Day 4 - LIFTING -> 55-100G of carbs
Day 5 - CARDIO -> 0-30 g of carbs
Day 6 - LIFTING -> 350-500G of carbs (CARB UP 2)

1.4.03 WORKOUT

Here is the low down:
Friday I fell asleep very late. I had to get up to work at 6 am! Well I then worked from 6:30am till 3:00 pm, mind you, I was standing up all that time. I did CARBED UP so I had tons of energy at the gym. Well after getting out of my job, I had to walk home. That wasa real bitch, cuase, I was sore and I had to go up a huge a-ss hill. It took 45minutes to get home from my job. As you can imagine I was VERY tired.

After having about 320g of CARBS I did not expirience any feelings that I had on the last workout. I felt GREAT. I really messed up the SQUAT. I was too freakin sore could not handle more.

Week 2 Day 2 of 15s
Squat (225lb x 10) I was sore like a biotch.
SLDL (145lb X 15) (145 X 15)
DB Bench (55lb x15) (55 x 15) I did much better then last workout.
Pull Down (120lb x 15) (120 x 10) Messed 2nd set up.

DB Shrugs (65lb x 15) ( 65 x 15) Too easy
DB Mil. Press ( 65lb x 8 ) WHOA, totally messed up!
Lat Raiser (20lb x 15)
Upright Row (50lb x 15)
DB Curls (25lb x 15) (25 x 15) Easier then last workout..

Anyways, awesome progress dude, make sure you keep up with the good work. I can't wait to see the end result of your cutting, whats your bf% range you want to reach? like 9-10%? Your back is good... lats look really wide, your biceps look like they have really good peak, especially the left. And your legs are amazing...

IGNORE:

Goodfellas

1. It seemed apparent that Henry Hill was in need of respect and attention. Henry lived in a tiny house with six of his family members. Rather then attending school, Henry though it was better to hang out with the wise guys. He held a job at the cab-stance and parked Cadillacs for the wise guys. Henry felt like the luckiest kid in the whole world, he was making more money then the grown ups on the neighborhood. Henry would skip school and work at his new job, and did so for months. After receiving a notice from school, Henry’s father was not happy and beat him down. The boys threatened the mailman to not make any more delivery to the kid’s house. Henry felt that he actually belonged to a family, of wise guys, and was treated with respect. Everything that was not receiving at home, he was from the guys.

2. “Your broke your cherry” The first words that Henry received after he was free of the charges (accused of selling illegal cigarettes). Paulie and the cab crew greeted Henry proudly. This was a major step for Henry, because, he was now part of the mob life. This scene was the major turning point for the future of Henry. He was now part of this special group of Wise Guys. Had Henry rated the cab guys, well, there would be doubts he was going to out and alive. He begun to learn the trade secrets of being a mobster.

3. By the time Henry was 23, 1963, he had become sucked into the mob life completely. He was seduced into the irresistible life of the mob. Henry at this point in the movie was already part of the heists at the airports. They tried to steal every bit of cargo that passed by Idlewild Airport, where they had connections that worked for them. According to Henry, robbing the Airport was an ever bigger business then Citibank. These guys felt as though they had it all, money and power.

4. The Air France heist was a great catch for the guys. It seemed just like the perfect heist, with well over $40 Millions that were stolen. Little did everyone know that the heist become the turning point of their lives. Since everyone benefited from the heist and received a large sum of money. Everyone begun to spend money and the fear grew. Little by little everyone begun to panic, Henry and the guys begun killing people that were most likely to rat them out. One by one the cops begun to make arrests and had uncovered the whole mob sting.

5. Henry becomes the one who rats all the gangsters out. In order for henry to save his own tail, he had to spill over the detail about the mob life. In return he would get a free pass from jail and would be protected by the police. His wife become hysterical when she could not visit her parents, ever. They had to have different identities and moved to live the normal life. Henry hated this new life of his and missed the old mobster life.

HST : WEEK 5 Day 3

3rd of 5's. Here are the highlights

SLDL: 205 x 5 -- easy.

Pull Down: 150 x 5.. these were somewhat easy, I had not gone that high for ahwile.

Cable Row: 155 x 5 .. again too easy for me..with perfect form too..

db Shrugs 85 x 5 .. that was joke.. where are the 120's!

Mil. Press (front) 145x 5 Another joke? Man gimme 175..jesh.

That about did it.. I had a awesome day.. I took some ZMA i think that helped BIG TIME. I am pretty sure, along with the carb up from the weekend too..

I found the trick to me not cheating at night.

The key is to eat one tuna can with mayo right before sleeping. That kept me really full through-out the night. I even placed a tuna can next to the frig. just in case i got hungry at night. But is safe to say that I did not feel hungry what-so-ever..

I did the same a few days back and worked like a charm. So I decided not to eat anything before sleeping, and guess what, I woke up very hungry and ate junk food. So from now on tuna can b4 sleeping..

“The Graduate”

1. It is very interesting the way in which Mrs. Robinson seduced Ben into her world. She sees the fear in Ben of being thrown in into such a corrupted world. Mrs. Robinson plans were to corrupt Ben and to keep him from laying hands on her daughter. She even told Ben not to ever go near her daughter, in fear of him corrupting her. In fact, both characters have a major discussion in the hotel. Mrs. Robinson threatened Ben to never take her daughter out or else he would pay for his actions.

2. Ben is at conflict with his parent’s world and all the phony people around. He is confused as to what his future will look like. He sees how concern his parents are with making money, and that to them nothing else matters. Ben and Elaina both feel that life is less superficial then what their parents make it to be. Realizing that life is a game made Ben wake up and take action. Uncertain about his future he falls in love with Elaina and begun to stalk her.

3. A perfect example as to how Ben is lost and trapped, is when he is in the pool with the scuba gear. The scene shows how Ben is always pushed by his parents even though he does not want to. He feels trapped in the Scuba gear and can’t breathe, it’s all symbolic on how trapped he feels. Lost in a world, which he feels its not where he belongs, full of worthless rules.

4. “How could you rape my mother.” the words Elaine said to Ben after she found out of the affair. After Ben told her about his little kept secret, Elaine was deeply sadden. After this incident, Mrs. Robinson sent Elaine away far from where Ben would find her. Little did anyone know that Ben was stalking her, but deep inside Elaine knew how her mother really is. He believed Ben not her mother, because she knows how deceiving her mother is. The Church scene is a perfect example of their rebellious behavior and their true love.

5. The Church scene will forever be remembered because of all the symbolism behind it. First, the moment when Ben called out Elaine’s before she got married. All we heard from the other characters was nonsense, the camera focused on Ben and Elaine only. Next, when both leave and use the crucifix to close the door behind. This shows their attitude as rebels and willing to go this far for their love. Right after that incident, both of them jump into a bus, and begun to ponder their mistakes.

The bulking diet will consist of High Protein, Mod. Carbs, mod. heathly fats.

Body Weight x 12 = Maintenance Calories + 1,500 = BULKING CALORIES

[190 x 12 = 2,280 + 1,500 = 3,780 Calories]

If no weight is gained, then daily an additional 300 calories is added till I start to gain weight.

No cardio will be done during these bulking cycles.

- CUTTING DIET -

KETo styled Dieting.

BW X 8 = CUTTING DIET calories
190 x 8 = 1,520

If no weight is being lost, decrease daily intake by 200-300 cals.
Cardio will be done first thing in the morning in empty stomach, 45 minutes.

Welcome back B-R.

Yea, well I will be bulking for only 2 weeks (micro-cycles) though, then cut 2. I was doing some research and found out very interesting info. The diet is called "Anabolic Burst Cycling of Diet and Exercise " , it seems promising. I will lose nothing with by trying it out and see how it goes.

The real test comes when I have to eat only 1500 calories for two weeks, it wont be fun but I have to do it. I want to put on more size while adding the least amount of fat as possible. I start the diet tomorrow. I think I will do very good because each cycle is 2 weeks long. That means I wont cheat as much during my cutting cycle. What has happen to me lately is that, from cutting for so long, I cheat alot and dont lose any weight.

We will see. I feel VERY weak. But the thing about keto was that I never ever felt tired.

According to the food avaliable to me today, here is what I made up thus far for my diet tomorrow. This is only a guideline as to how the day should look like tomorrow. It can be subject to change as the day goes by. I though I would never say this but, I dont have enough food to meet my target caloric intake.

Target for tomorrow: 3800 calories.

Not to discourage you but from what I have read the anabolic burst diet is hard to do and not as effective as once thought. I would read some on the google groups and form your own opinion. It sounds good in theory but jumping from such a high cal intake to an extremely low one would probably just have you spinning your wheels. Been reading the journal just haven't posted. You have made excellent progress with you recent cut and the hard work you have put forth really shows. Keep it up.:)

I screwed on the last to days of dieting, because I am working so I could keep posting.

This week I did good, lost 1-1.5lbs, which is great news. I have to keep eating my tuna at nite, and up my cardio.

Good work man! Did you have those veins on your bi's before the cutting cycle?

Thanks for the heads up! I wont go all out but keep my diet tight. I want to bulk a bit, I am, and feel FLAT not to mention lifts starting to drop. I carbed up today and my gym performance increased big time.

Here is a pic before I bulked..My arms were less flat. In august 2002.

I have been off for about 5-6 months from lifting due to an ankle injury. I had a broken right ankle which took two surgeries to fix and 4-3 months to heal. Took therapy for two weeks and regained major movements on my ankle. However, one month later, I still have major pain walking and cant run.

Six months at home without doing any physical activities did have its negatives .Lost Muscle Mass. Amazing, I managed to stay in 190-194lb mark all this time. From this my drive has become even bigger and have become more discipline.

The time to getback into the groove comes next week. CANT WAIT!
