I wouldn't have guessed that. It looked easy for you. Throw a few more pounds on there and set a new pr!

Whats up buddy!! Just found this board and gave it a try. I am moving out of my house today, so I will stay offline for a few days.

My dinner was great, ate like an elephant. See you around man!

Well a PR in the sense its the first time I've used this much weight. I'll be adding more reps/weights in the next few workouts and set a few new PRs :)
It didn't feel all that easy doing that set, but front squats never really feel easy. This set was also done after 8 sets of convential deadlifts, a few sets of snatch grip deads and a few more of snatch high pulls as well :D

Well it's hard to see in the pics and movie, but the bar is actually resting on my front delts, the wrist doesn't actually have much pressure on it. I find as my front delts get bigger, the easier it gets

That was nice. One of these days I will figure out how to do something like that.

Clean grip, T. Only way to do 'em. ;)

I never do them with a clean grip. That would play havoc on my wrists.

You lack wrist flexibility, young jedi.

Odd for someone as otherwise limp wristed as yourself.

:) that was mean!

One of these days im going to have to try those w/ a clean grip. Right now i can only do them with my arms crossed across the middle.

Or perhaps my biceps are too large to get my arms into that position ;)
