Where do you get your B.F. measured? I asked the doctor and my gym if they can do it, but non of them do...

Try a sports medicine or sports performance clinic or maybe the Exercise Science/PE department at a local college or university.

go to dpsnutrition.com and look up accu measure. caliper 14.00 and digital 25.00.
this will at least let u know about where u are. not accurate but better than nothing.
