Newbie with Hydroxycut?????

Just wondering if there are any dangers in taking hydroxycut. I ordered a bottle up to do a cycle of it, and My girlfriend is freaking me out that i am gonna die or something from the ephedrine. Anybody seen any bad side effects or anything else that I should be causious of. Thanks

Hydroxycut did impede my breathing ability somewhat, for whatever reason. I dont know exactly what was in it but I couldnt get a full breath for some reason, always short. It made it hard to work out. I dont think a lot of people had the same problem.

I would start out with half the recommended dose and see how your body reacts and work your way up to the full dose. Basically just follow the directions and you shouldn't have any problems.

yeah thats what I was thinking, cause 3 pills 3 times a day sounds like a whole lot you know, so I will start slow and see how it go's. Thanks guys

I know someone who takes ephiderne to help there breathing. I thought thats why it was orginally invented.

Its a form of caffiene that speeds up the heart rate. I guess because of the rapid heart rate it could impede your breathing. I just take it before working out and that's it. I don't need it throughout the rest of the day.

Started my cycle today of Hydroxycut and No2, Its syas take 3 hydroxycut pills 3 times a day for best fat loss results seems like alot but I will try it. I started it this morning and I have been on the toilet alot is that normal when starting to take these supplements..

Another question kind of wierd question but anyway does any of these supplements like Hydroxycut and No2 effect your sex drive in any way????

Fudge, lol. Also with my 2000 -2300 cal diet I eat about 5 times a day or 6 but with the Hydroxycut i dont feel that hungry to eat that many meals is that the effect of hydroxycut, should I make my self eat any way so I get my carbs ,protein, fat, cals, etc in. dont want to start losing muscle, actually since I am new to this what exactly wil the hydroxycut do for me. Thanks

Hydroxycut contains Hydroxagen which acts as an appetite suppresant, force yourself to eat if you must.

Thats what i figured, I was wondering if maybe I should not take the 3 pills 3 times a day total 9 hydroxycut pills, do you think that might be to much at first its says take that many for maxium fat loss like I said I am not familiar with this product should I take less pills maybe 1 pill 3 times a day?? Just wondering cause I feel a little antsy right now and my heart rate is a little faster than usual.

My experiences with ECA...addictive...Hydroxycut has 200mg caffeine per cap and I would take up to 8 a day, I even took it when I was severely injured which made things much worse and made my feet turn purple as caffeine restricts blood vessels. In my body it was so bad that my calves weakened as they were being starved. It is now 2 years later and I am still in a wheelchair (no joking) I am not sure if it was the HC for sure but I was wondering if anyone had similar experiences...I had been taking it straight thru for 6 months and I didn't realize you should cycle...if I could go back I would never have taken so much for so long.

Thanks for your reply, Yeah i stopped taking it altogether it was just not feeling right in my body, I will lose the weight by just eating clean and wathcing my calories, I am sorry to hear about your injury, do you think it was the hydroxycut that has kept you injured not trying to pry into your bussiness.... I just have not heard of any side effects that bad.

no problem, again I am not sure if the HC was to blame, I am curious if anyone got purple feet from it, but I definitely was taking it for too long and after my injury I kept taking it and my legs would quiver real bad as I was jittery all over. I'm not here to bash the supplement, I do want to say if one wants to take it, do it only for a month MAX and its not a substitute for diet.
