I have been working out now for 5 months and have gained 16 lbs . I work out one hour a day at the gym on a different muscle group every day. I currently take only a multi-vitamin(2 a day), whey protein(3-4 shakes a day), and amino2222 caps(3caps twice a day). What else should I use to help with more strength gains. I had some one tell me I should be taking AAB as that would help a little. Any suggestions?

VIT C 2-3 grams .day
VIT B Complex
Vit E 800 I.Us /day

Flax Oil

Creatine 5-30grams a day

Ephedrine, Caffine pre workout bost (ECA) or taken throughout day to reduce BF%

Protien shakes post workout
Dextrose post workout 50grams

Weightgainer between meals (if required)

Cant think of anything else right now

5-30 grams of creatine? More like 3-5 grams.

Unless you're cutting, I really wouldn't take an ECA stack unless you are considering it for pre-workout energy.

Weight gainer, I would recommend only post workout.

But you can very well keep gaining taking the supps you are currently taking.

If you have gained 16 pounds in 5 months I say just keep doing what you are doing. Don't mess with a good thing IMO.
