I've heard good stuff about Animal Cuts - do a search for that.

p.s. There is a sport better than Lacrosse :)

This is probably the best advice. You can lose 10 quick pounds but the faster you lose it the more muscle that it will be. Aprrox. a pound a week is probably the most weight I would try to lose in a week. Just because you don't feel the EC doesn't mean that it is not working so I wouldn't recommend increasing your dosage. If you gave more info we could probably be of more help (height/weight/bf/diet).

Fast for 24 hours, then stop eating bad fats and ease up on the sugars.

You could try throwing in some cardio a few times a week also.

If your diet is in order then just cut down on your daily caloric total.

Ripped fuel or metabolift or a home made stack is fine - all the other stuff that supp companies add to the basic EC stack is bull. All you need is ephedra/ine and caffeine...

Basically get whatever is cheapest.

Of course, this assumes you are cutting cals, working out regularily, and 15% bf or under already.

Ditch the wendys lol. The average meal from burger king, mcdonalds, wendys, etc is around 1500+ calories. Here is what stopped me from eating fast food. One of mr favorite meals was a double wooper combo (kingsize) with fries and a dr. pepper. Take a look...... 2130 calories!!!

King Size Double Wopper Combo From Burger King (http://burgerking.com/Food/nutrition/InteractiveWizard/nutrition01.asp?mi=0;55;0;1;,7,84,79,65,50,63,54,58,44,;9:1;97;0;1;,118,;1:2;75;0;1;,103,;1&mt=3&dp=1)

Wendys can be okay, get this:

chili
chicken breast sandwich
diet soda
NO fries
NO shakes

and you're be alright. ditch half the bun on the sandwich to cut carbs.

That meal is still 600 calories which could be a lot for one meal depending on how much you are eating in a day.

yea but its 50 grams of protein, over 60 grams of carbs, and only 5 grams of saturated fat. thats great if your bulking. if you are cutting get the sandwich with no mayo and no bun, or just get chili.

cant do much better then that at fast food places.

Hmm, this is what I did to lose weight, and I've lost about 50 lbs since October. I juiced some hardcore desire (site injection into my heart) and supplemented that with a few cycles of work ethic and strict dieting. I'm worried about the sides, like looking a hell of a lot better, better endurance, and feeling better about myself :/ any suggestions on some anti-confidence supps??

a little self-control is all that tubby people need, IMO.

nothing is better than a balanced diet, 30 mins of fitness a day and like wolfman said 'a little self contol'. supplements hardly account for 10% of your progress.....i used RFA-1 and it didn't do a ****....well maybe another brand would have done the trick.....but still in the end training/diet is what matters

just my two cents
