ephedra and caffeine

I am planning to order SciFit Ephedra 1000 and SciFit Caffeine. Would taking 1 pill of each work . Or should I stick to a product take already has them combined?

Depends on the amount of ephedra and caffiene in each pill. You can run a search and find out different people's recommendations on dosing for an EC stack.

The SciFit Ephedra 1000 has 1000mg per 2 caps and the SciFit Caffeine has 200mg per 1 pill. That more ephedra then any ECA stack and the same amount of caffeine.

The amount for the ephedra cannot be right. If someone took that amount it would be extremely dangerous. More then likely thats the amount of the herbal substance that is then standardized to 20 mg ephedra or something similiar - look for something about what it is "standardized" to.

Technically, it's not a stack. He's buying them separately from a company called SciFit it looks like. Google brings up a couple suppliers like bodybuilding.com and the like if you plug in something like "SciFit caffeine".

Agree with fuzz. Taking that much ephedrine at once will have detrimental effects on your system. It's probably ma huang.

most are standardized around 6% for ma huang...and 6% of 500 mg is pretty high...most are around 300-350mg

make sure you find out the exact amount that its standardized to...and if its more than 60mg in a day then ya might want to look at another product

This is a samll difference btween Ephedra and Ephedrine. Ephadra is a milder dose of ephedrine. I don't know exactly the amount but that is possible. I think that the bottle say 8% ephedrine. I would make it yuorself though it tend to be cheaper. Some of the other people on this board like Animal Stacks.

What about Higher Power Ephedra 850 with Tyrosine + LPC. Is this better the SciFit Ephedra 1000. Does the Tyrosine and LPC really make a difference? Here is a link about the Higher Power Ephedra:

You would be better off to go to a gas station and buy some white crosses (or similar ephedrine product) and some no-doze (or similar caffeine product). It will be cheaper, and I'd venture to say more effective too.

that last link to the hp 850 doesnt even say what percentage its standardized to. screw trying to build your own stack, just get one of the major brands like ripped fuel, or xenadrine.

i thought about trying to build my own stack at one time, but its just too much of a pain in the ass at this point in time...not enough products on the market to build a decent stack.

actually if you browse the web, you can get ripped fuel for the same price as building your own stack. on top of that your getting a brand name and you know what percentage its standardized to.

personally i like to keep it simple by having the stack combined into one bottle. also its nice know that its not going to screw with my heart cause of some wacked out percentage of ephedra, which even if you call the company up and find out, it might be incorrect, cause your talkin to some joe shmoe whos most likely just as misinformed as the company which is too lazy (maybe incompetent?) to give the standardization of a potentially harmful substance.

maybe what i said is dramatic or harsh, but there is some reality to it

Not necessarily. A few "brand names" have been tested and show some discrepancies between what they say is in there and what actually is in there.

In any event, making your own stack isn't really a hassle. I actually find it better to make your own stack as recommended dosage amounts that I've read differ from what most companies offer.

Ephedra is the name of the plant, ephedrine the name of the active compound. Ephedra usually has 2% ephedrine so those 1000 mg give you the standart 20 mg of ephedrine, hopefully at least....
