View Full Version : Newbie and supplements need help!!!!

Ok I know I posted about Hydroxycut I am not trying to double post but I have a few question that I think would benift from a different post.

I have been dieting for 2 weeks now and working out 6 days a week 4 days lifting 2 dyas cardio. I am 5 9' 232lb Husky build. I wanted to lean down and start trun my mass into more muscle and gaining strength aswell.

My diet consist of 2000 - 2500 cals. Well here is my question started taking Hydroxycut today and No2 I feel kind of antsy all day with a slight headache and my heartrate has been faster my question to all you guys is do you think I should be taking these supplements for what I am looking to acomplish and will they help me get to my goal or are they just a waste of time should I be doing it all natural,

I really need advice here cause like I said I feel really wierd like the stuff is just not agreeing with my body I mean today was the first day I took 3 hydroxycut pill 3 times to day for a total of 9 pills and 3 No2 twice for a total of 6. Eat as usual and drank alot of water over 70 ounces but I just dont feel right and I dont want to keep taking this stuff without hearing the Pros and cons.

Like I said not trying to double post just need some help cause if it not worth it than I will stop taking these supplements right away, Thanks for the Help

So let me get this straight?? You took 9 hydroxy's the very first day you ever took the supplement?? If this is true then you took WAY too many. With Ephedrine you kind of have to find out what your body can handle. It's seems fine for your situation that you are using hydroxycut, but start out with a much smaller dosage. Also, IMO i don't think anyone needs 9 hydroxy's a day. It's also a waste of money to take that many in a day. Anyways, hope this helped somewhat.

You should know the pros and cons BEFORE you take any supplement.

I think you are just jittery from the effects of the ECA stack. Lower the dosage and Shao-Lin recommended and see if that helps. Once you become more accustomed to the effects you can increase the amount you are taking until you reach the recommended daily dose.

What about the No2 is worth taking it?? I was thinking of not taking the hydroxycut and just taking the No2. What do you guys think??

The Hydroxycut will help with fat loss but if you dislike the side effects then top taking it. A good diet will help more than any supplement. I have never tried NO2 before but I have never really heard anything good about it either.

I hear ya, yeah maybe its just me but I just dont feel right on the hydroxycut makes me feel real antsy and when I go to workout I feel like I get tired faster than when I was taking anything dont know what it is but I just dont feel like its giving me any energy but in fact taking some away. As far as the No2 i did have a headache last night I believe that is a side effect, Its wierd some say it helps some say it does nothing so i am just confused you know but I think I am going to stop taking Hydroxycut altogether

I am probably gonna stop taking No2 also for now cause I have to small surgery on my leg next week so I probably shouldnt take anything for right now.

If you are going to be having surgery then I would stop taking any supps and be sure and let the doc know what you were taking. Don't want any adverse reactions to anesthesia.

You can always start again later.
Los11,I was taking ephiderence in college before wo, I too ran ou tof steam. I think with the energy boost you work faster but wear youself out quicker.
