thanks 4 the comments much aprecheated. ive come on a bit scince that pic but ive not got a pic 2 post i'll do so asap. diet is alot better and am noticing the diffrence. looking at some of the pics posted on the site i feel like a total amature i dont feel any bigger than the advrage gezzer on the street that dont lift weights even though i'm now benching 95kg. is that a lot by the way?

well i may have lost a lot of lard but i dont think the mass thing is happening 4 me like the rest of u. i think its down to not enough proten, i dont suplement with whey or any thing like that as i cant afford it.
