This is a little beut and requires extremely little work.
You will need:
1: MRP packet (est 85grams)
2: 200g Low fat Fromage fraise
3: 200ml Water
Place the 3 items in a blender and blend for about 2 mins. Something legendary is then created, not only will it taste great but it is so thick you could pass it off as oil!
