Haven't worked out in over a year...oh well time to get back in the gym.

No set diet for me, just lots of water and protein and no carbs or fats after 6.

Supplements: Protein shakes, Flax oil seeds, vitamins.

I think I'll begin slowy and work my way up to my orginal strength.

Routine: Chest/Back
Arms
Shoulders/Legs.

I'll do this for about two weeks to get back into the flow of working out, then I'll get a more better routine.
