Can anyone gimme a breakdown of good, clean foods to eat in these three categories. I thought I knew but after reading some of these posts here I definetly made some mistakes.
Id like to make a big list so I can eat clean without eating the same things over and over everyday, a little variety I guess. :help:

Here are some of the things I eat in my diet.

protien:
chicken, fish (salmon, mahi-mahi, tuna, tilapia), lean beef, dairy products (milk, cottage cheese), eggs, protien powder

carbs: lentils, oats, sweet potatoes, brown rice

fats: peanut butter, fish oil, flax oil

There are plenty of healthy foods out there. One of the best things would be to read up some basic nutrition articles which will then help you determine how nutritious that particular food is. Some of the online journals have diets listed in them also.
