Hey Everyone!

Ok here is my new bulking diet ok...Can you all please tell me if its ok and or what i should change

Im 140 pounds and been training 2 years

Morning---6 Full eggs---Oatmeal---Flax Oil

During my 10am college class---Big jug of yogart with WHEY mixed in with it...And a jub of milk

12:15pm---Can of tuna on 2 peices of flax bread with Cheese

1:15pm---Pre workout shake

2:15---post workout shake

3:30---2 Chicken breasts with Noodles

Dinner---Either steak with patato or Chicken with Rice or pasta

After dinner---Weight gainner shake

Before bed---3 glasses of milk

Looks like a good bulking diet to me. The only thing I might change is the yogurt. If it's plain, then that's ok, but flavored yogurt has too much sugar if u ask me. Also, what does your pre and post w/o shake consist of?

What do the cals work out to? Looks pretty good but I also am curious about the pre and post workout shakes.

Ok heres my Pre post shakes ok

Preshake
35grams of WHEY with Dextrose/creatine mix

Post workout
GNC weight gainner (50grams Protein with 85grams carbs

And while working out im taking a carbo blast drink which has 100grams of carbs

hmmmmm........I'd say switch to plain water during your workout and ditch the carbo blast. You're getting plenty of carbs from the pre and post shakes.

I'd say take your creatine AFTER you workout, with your weight gainer.

So let me get this right(for my sake) you would take your weight gainer AFTER working out? And then followed by the Creatine?

what kind of shake would you use pre workout???? Possible to use weight gainer as well?

Sure, why not? That's exactly what I did during my last bulk, and I got good results from it.

I would say just straight whey pre-workout.
